C&S Presents: Hacking Insurance with LICONY’s Mary Griffin

Banks and insurance companies are¬†absolute goldmines of information and prime targets for hackers. New York’s Department of Financial Services just introduced new state-level cybersecurity regulations to make sure banks and insurance companies are using best practices to keep consumer’s information – and money – safe. Mary Griffin, President of the Life Insurance Council of New York also known as LICONY, joined us to discuss. She represents almost 100 insurance firms across the state that will be affected by the new regulations.¬†
